Nature Doctors ("we", "us", "our"), 7-1200 Waverley Street, Winnipeg, MB, is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect on our landing pages and forms, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to this page and our other Nature Doctors web pages.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form, book, pay for an assessment, or contact us; and the answers you give in our intake questionnaire.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our page (for example, from a Facebook ad), collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
Health information: anything you tell us about your symptoms or history is personal health information. In Manitoba it is protected under The Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) and is used only to provide and coordinate your care.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

2. How we use it

To contact you about the assessment or service you requested, including booking and reminders by phone, email or text message.
To prepare your report and coordinate your care within the clinic.
To measure how our advertising performs and improve our pages.
To meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

3. Text messages and email

When you check the consent box on our form you agree to receive calls, emails and text messages from Nature Doctors about your request and related services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. 4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our website, forms, messaging, scheduling and payments (for example our CRM, our practice-management software and our payment processor), with laboratories when you ask us to order a test, and where required by law. Your health information is shared within the clinic only with the practitioners and staff involved in your care.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how people reach and use our pages and to show relevant ads. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences.

6. Retention and security

We keep contact information for as long as we have a relationship with you or as needed for the purposes above. Health records are kept for the period required by Manitoba law and the standards of our regulated practitioners. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information.

7. Your rights
