In-clinic metabolic testing, a written report, and a call to go through it — before anyone orders a $2,000 Lyme panel.
BOOK MY $127 ASSESSMENT$50 deposit to book, $77 at your visit. $100 of it is credited toward a Lyme-specific first visit if you choose to continue.
Lyme and co-infection testing can cost thousands, and the results are only as useful as the questions behind them. So we start with the picture around the symptoms: body composition, blood sugar and ketone status, and what your urine says about hydration, kidneys and inflammation. That is what the $127 covers. The report tells us what, if anything, is worth testing next — and it tells you whether this clinic is the right place to do it.
The questionnaire, the testing visit, the report and the results call are all included in the $127: a $50 deposit when you book, and $77 at your visit.
If you go on to book a Lyme-specific first visit with Anand Amin, $100 of your assessment fee is credited against it. That visit is $400, so with the credit you pay $300. Any lab test he recommends is an additional cost, quoted to you on the call before anything is ordered. You decide after you have seen your report, not before.
Testing is run by our clinical assistant. Your report is written by, and your results call is with, Anand Amin, Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, who works with patients at Nature Doctors on tick-borne illness, chronic infections and the fatigue and nervous-system symptoms that come with them. If a lab test is ordered, blood is drawn at the clinic. Nature Doctors is a multidisciplinary clinic; where a case calls for another practitioner, you will be told that directly.
BOOK MY $127 ASSESSMENTNo, and we say that on purpose. Lyme and co-infection panels are expensive and easy to order badly. This assessment gives us the baseline to decide, with you, whether one is worth doing and which one. If one is recommended, it is a separate cost and you will be quoted before anything is ordered.
Do I need a referral or a diagnosis? No. People come at every stage — some with a diagnosis, some with testing that came back unclear, some with nothing but symptoms.
Will my benefits cover it?The $127 assessment is a clinic service and generally is not claimable. Osteopathic visits are covered by many extended health plans; the office can tell you what to check with your insurer.
I have had a lot of testing already. Is this still useful?Bring it. Existing results get reviewed alongside your report on the call, and the more you bring, the more useful the conversation is. A written list of anything you take is enough — no bottles.
What if you are not the right fit for me?You will be told, in writing, in the report — with a suggestion of where to go instead. That has to be true for the assessment to be worth anything.
What if I change my mind?Your $50 deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before your testing visit. Just call or email us.
How soon can I get in?Usually within a week. Our front desk calls you within one business day of booking to set your testing visit.
Fill in the form, pay the $50 deposit on the next page, and our front desk will call you within one business day to set your testing visit. The remaining $77 is paid at the clinic. Or call 204-943-6079.
